Tutoring

The department provides free tutoring for Spanish and Portuguese. We strongly recommend that you meet with the tutors on a regular basis if you feel that you need help in Spanish or Portuguese. You can ask your tutor to help you understand specific grammatical structures, practice for an oral presentation or an interview, or answer specific questions you may have when reviewing for an exam. You can also ask for help if you have a particular question about vocabulary or grammar usage in an essay.

Please note: You must not request the tutors to proofread your compositions. If you have any concern about this specific issue, contact your instructor.
